Roles & Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve cash flow by optimizing collection processes.

● Analyze aging reports and conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and finance to resolve customer disputes and address billing discrepancies promptly.

● Negotiate payment terms with delinquent customers while maintaining positive relationships and minimizing bad debt losses.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to credit and collections activities. ● Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

Eligibility Criteria: ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.

● Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis. Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or financial services environment is preferred
