    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute campaigns using Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Linkedin to drive growth.

    Define and deliver the strategy for social media and SEM campaigns, including implementation, delivery, and optimizations.

    Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to provide feedback and recommendations for landing pages and creative assets to improve engagement and conversion rates.

    Create compelling ad copy and oversee end-to-end campaign set up, measurement, and optimization.

    Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into program performance and roadmap.

    Analyze the effectiveness of paid search campaigns, increasing investment in high ROI campaigns and optimizing or reducing spend in underperforming campaigns.

    Proactively identify areas of improvement in the paid search program and develop plans to address them.

    Collaborate with social media and content teams to support seasonal campaigns and promotions.

    Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and share knowledge with internal teams and clients.
