    Consultant _Oracle Finance FunctionalIn this role, you would be primary responsible for back end developer services and articulation role for Possess strong knowledge in Java, Struts, spring, database & also having knowledge of AWS.

    Creating interactive, responsiveness and developing and enhancing web application.
    Responsibilities

    • Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes
    • Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
    • Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.
    • Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
    • Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
    • Good project & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
    • Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and postproduction support for above applications.
    • Perform configuration/Application setup

    B.Tech/B.E/ MCAExcellent written and verbal communication skills

    Experience in Core-java, Struts/Spring and AWSStrong understanding in Relational database conceptsGood knowledge and work experience of SQLExperience with Maven, GIT, html, jsp, css, javascriptAbility to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact and should have strong customer focusStrong written and verbal communication skillsFlexible to work in shifts on rotation basis.

    Willingness and ability to multi-task.
    Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
    Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
