2.Plant Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.

Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.

Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

Removing old equipment and installing new machines.

Proving technical support and training on new equipment.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Ensure that designated buildings, plants, and facilities are fit for purpose and to

provide proactive support/solutions when required Ability to read system

schematics.

Advanced troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.

Preparation of PM schedule

Taking care of ISO documentation

Pro-Actively Identify and Implement improvements to operational Machine and

resource efficiency.

To Carry out system checks as required and attend to Machine breakdowns

and solve any Mechanical or Electrical failure.

Hands-on Knowledge of Glass Processing Machineries

Preference to be given to Glass Industry Experience
