    Steel Industry - TMT Bars

    Roles &Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    -Develop and execute strategies to enhance market share, revenue, and profitability for the TMT bars category.

    -Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category goals with overall business objectives.

    Product Management:

    -Define product specifications, pricing, and positioning for TMT bars.

    -Monitor product performance, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

    -Introduce new variants or improve existing products based on market feedback.

    Sales and Distribution:

    -Work closely with sales teams to drive sales targets and expand distribution networks.

    -Develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales training programs.

    -Ensure effective inventory management and timely delivery to customers.

    Vendor Management:

    -Evaluate and onboard suppliers for raw materials.

    -Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.

    -Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    -Ensure TMT bars meet quality standards and certifications.

    -Monitor compliance with safety regulations and environmental norms.

    -Address any quality-related issues promptly.

    Team Leadership:

    -Lead a team of product managers, sales professionals, and technical experts.

    -Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

    -Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

    Qualifications

    10+ years of experience in a B2B ecosystem.
