- Create engaging learning materials, including curriculum, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design appropriate training solutions.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their performance and skill development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a SaaS environment or similar industry.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on product, sales, or customer support training.
- Strong understanding of competency framework development, curriculum design principles, and adult learning theories.
- Previous experience in setting up and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Zoho Learn or Anthology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, resilience, and learning agility.
