    Job Description :


    We are seeking an experienced software engineer proficient in Java with a strong background in healthcare integration, specifically utilizing Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles, robust experience in Java programming, and a proven track record of successfully integrating healthcare applications using FHIR standards.


    In addition to technical expertise, this role requires the ability to take initiative, lead healthcare integration projects and provide guidance on best practices to other team members.

    Roles & Responsibilities :


    Software Development:
    Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions in Java, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

    Healthcare Integration:

    Lead the integration efforts of healthcare applications, systems, and data using FHIR standards, ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange.


    Requirements Analysis:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for healthcare integration projects, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.


    API Development:
    Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services for healthcare applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

    Data Management:

    Implement data management strategies for healthcare data, including data modeling, storage, retrieval, and transformation, while maintaining data integrity and security.


    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct thorough testing of software solutions to identify and address any defects or issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of healthcare systems.


    Documentation:

    Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, user guides, and release notes, to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.


    Continuous Improvement:

    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in healthcare IT standards, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.

    Skills, Qualifications, and minimum Experience :


    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java programming.
    • Proven experience in healthcare integration projects, specifically utilizing FHIR standards.
    • Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
    • Proficiency in RESTful API development and web services implementation.
    • Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or FHIR-based databases.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, or Jenkins is a plus.
    • Certification in healthcare IT standards or related fields (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable.
