    DESCRIPTION

    The selected candidate will manage a team comprised of S/4 Technical Roles (ABAP, Basis, Security, Fiori, MDG) as well as Functional Leads covering the modules of S/4 being deploying (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, QM etc.). The leader will embrace the AGILE development (Dev) principles deployed on the program for while also leading the operations (Ops) procedures to maintain the companies critical supply chain footprint. The team will not only maintain the production system but will also work continuous enhancements to the platform and on-going planned releases.

    The OneS4 platform it built on the S4/Hana product of SAP and will be supporting the end-to-end supply chain and financial processes of Kenvue companies globally. Key processes supported by OneS4 are: Plan, Source, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Order to Cash & Finance.

    This role requires solid end to end understanding of supply chain & finance processes and should have prior hands on-experience in SAP. The candidate also needs to be an excellent communicator to both business and technical stakeholders. The Leader will need to understand and master tradeoff decisions between customizations/enhancements vs. SAP standard capabilities to properly manage the global template being deployed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Continue to the development and standardization of the global S/4 SAP system (OneS4).
    • Strategize and implement plans for team development to reduce reliance on external contractors.
    • Recruit & attract key talent to the team; be able to grow the team ensuring coverage across all areas of the S/4 system. The internal team size of ~17 roles is the forecast for 2024.
    • Stay abreast to the newest modules of SAP S/4 being deployed within the program & ensuring theres a talent pipeline for continuous improvement and development.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    • A minimum of a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

    Experience and Skills:

    • 15+ years experience in SAP ERP solutions with proven track record of multiple successful releases to production
    • Strong leadership experience to inspire and motivate teams; to lead without reporting authority and to achieve outcomes in a complex environment - leading through influence and deep collaboration across the franchise and enterprise.
    • Experience in leading and governing multi-functional teams in a global setting.
    • Process, data and configuration knowledge of core ERP modules (e.g. MM/FICO/IM/SD), preferably SAP
    • Experience with SAP Solution Manager
    • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in people management, coaching, and aiding professional growth.
    • Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and their application in an SAP context
    • SAP certifications are a plus
