- We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Experienced for the role of Pre-Sales Manager as part of our Sales team.
- The task of the Executive will start from the initial contact phase and often end once the customer has been acquired i.e. sale is made.
- In some cases, they will also provide some initial or postsale transitional support.
- The incumbent would work in a highpaced team environment. S/he would be based in Hyderabad.
- Understand and closely analyse the customer's requirements
- Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the Leads Generated through various marketing activities and providing them necessary project details over email or Whats app; doing regular follow up and ensuring customers site visit
- Responsible for entire Presales function, from leads handling to ensuring site visits
- Coordinating with sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in excel
- Followup with customers & managing database of leads allocation; regular followup & achieving high sales conversions
- Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
- B.Tech./MBA/PGDM from NIRF ranked campus with excellent academic record.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals, messaging etc.
- Understanding of sales channel/ real estate/ products etc.
