    Job RequirementsEnsures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.
    Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.
    Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
    Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities.

    Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement enterprise-scale solutions to support the organization's business strategy and goals.
    Develop and maintain solutions within Oracle EBS, with a focus on Accounts Receivables, Collections, General Ledger and Financial modules.
    Code and optimize PL/SQL for efficient performance.
    Familiarity with Shell Scripts.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance software solutions.
    Ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of Oracle EBS applications.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and understand requirements.
    Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Oracle EBS solutions.
    Stay informed about Oracle EBS updates and advancements to provide recommendations for improvement.

    Work closely with our business product owners on an Agile team to fully understand requirements, provide feedback, and request clarification as needed.

    Work with other engineers on a collaborative Agile team to deliver code on an ongoing basis.

    Must-Have:

    Oracle EBS (experience with Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Collections and Financial Modules), SQL, PLSQL, Shell Scripting, Agile, and Performance tuning.


    Nice to Have:
    OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), OAF, ADF, CICD, and Java Knowledge.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
    Six (6) years of qualifying work experience in an Information technology or engineering environment.
    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users.
    Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
