    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production and Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing manufacturing processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Production Management:

    Lead and supervise the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.

    Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

    Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

    2. Operations Management:

    Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and inventory optimization.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to coordinate production and delivery schedules.

    Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

    3. Team Leadership:

    Recruit, train, and mentor production staff to develop a high-performing team.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the production department.

    Provide guidance and support to resolve any production-related issues or challenges.

    4. Strategic Planning:

    Contribute to the development of production strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.

    Work closely with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Design, arts, Management, or equivalent experience.

    Proven experience in production and operations management, preferably in the Designing Industry.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.

    Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
