    Description


    Senior Manager - a Senior Sales Manager within our Luxury Vertical, you will be responsible for driving sales of luxury properties to our HNI Customers.

    You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, affluent buyers, and industry stakeholders to showcase properties, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service.

    Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in luxury real estate sales and market trends to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our brand in the luxury real estate market.

    You will also be responsible for Wealth Management Partnerships. You will play a crucial role in fostering and managing strategic partnerships within the wealth management sector.


    You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, wealth managers, and other relevant partners.

    Your objective will be to partner with different Wealth management firms and generate leads.

    Key Acquisition and Relationship Management:


    • Identify and prospect highnetworth individuals and affluent buyers interested in luxury properties.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the wealth management industry.
    • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to offer personalized service.
    • Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the property selection and purchasing process.
    Property Presentation and Showcase:


    • Showcase luxury properties and developments to prospective buyers, highlighting unique features, amenities, and selling points.
    • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and virtual tours to effectively showcase properties to clients.
    • Address client inquiries, provide detailed property information, and address any concerns or objections.
    Negotiation, Deal Closing & contracting:


    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with prospective buyers to achieve favourable outcomes for both parties.
    • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements in a professional and persuasive manner.
    • Facilitate the closing process, coordinating with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
    • Lead negotiations and facilitate the contracting process with partner firms. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with strategic objectives.
    Market Research and Analysis:


    • Stay informed about luxury real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
    Customer Service and Follow-Up:


    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Follow up with clients postsale to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm relationships.
    • Solicit referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients to expand the client base.
    Collaboration and Engagement:


    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop joint initiatives, programs, and solutions that deliver value to clients and drive business growth for both parties.
    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


    • Monitor the performance of partnership initiatives and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnerships. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
    Training and Support:


    • Provide training and support to internal teams and partner firms on product offerings, services, and partnership Bachelor's/PG degree
    • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a similar sales role
    • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the wealth management or financial services industry is preferred.
    • Understanding of wealth management products, services, and market dynamics is preferred
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
