    Job Title: Sr. Recruitment Consultant - Internal Recruitment Team

    Location: Remote

    Mode- Contract to hire (Initially 6 Months contract)

    Job Overview: The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal recruitment efforts. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our company's evolving needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
    4. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
    5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    6. Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate the decision-making process.
    7. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
    9. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
    10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
    • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • Experience in recruitment on various IT and Engineering roles.
