- Provide 24x5 support, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of customer support tickets.
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, diagnosing and solving issues related to Oracle Configurator and other integrated applications.
- Collaborate with other internal support teams to provide seamless support to internal and external customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the full application stack, including end-to-end connectivity and various integration points with Oracle ERP and other edge applications.
- Apply a solid understanding of UX and customer interactions with digital tools to guide problem analysis and resolution.
- Analyze and recreate reported issues, conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Configurator, related technologies, and industry standard processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a support analyst role, preferably with a focus on Oracle Configurator.
- Solid understanding of full application stack, UX, and customer interactions with digital tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and recreate issues.
- Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end connectivity and integration points between Oracle Configurator, ERP, and other edge applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer support tickets.
- Good team player, able to collaborate with other internal support teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and best practices.
- Experience using support ticket management systems.

JOB SUMMARY :
We are currently seeking a Support Analyst with expertise in Oracle Configurator to join our team.
