    Experience – 3+years

    Job Purpose:

    Responsible for day-to-day customer billing processes including invoicing and customer support under direct supervision.

    Essential Functions:

    • Prepares customer invoices, and pays attention to special billing requirements - 50%
    • Responds to customer inquiries and researches billing issues - 25%
    • Assists Sales Teams and Credit and Collections with document scanning, invoice processing, and vendor inquiries - 15%
    • Oversees customer billing records and keeps current - 10%
    • Customer Service Experience - mandatory
