Position - Sr Fullstack Developer /Technical Lead (Individual Contributor)

Experience – 8-11 Years

Shift – India Shift - 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST

Job Location – Pune /Hybrid/Remote

Good English Verbal Communication

Certification - Az-900 certification Good to have

Required Skills - Net Core, React, Cosmos DB, SQL, Azure 900, Web Api, Good communication skills.

Client communication (Twice in a month)

Relevant experience in React should be 5 plus years.

Role: This role is responsible for oversees the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising system modifications and working on both front-end and back-end development processes and design, develop, and maintain fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers.

Responsibilities :

· Hands-on experience in .Net Core, React, and Azure

· (5 to 10) years of experience as a software engineer, including at least (4 to 6) years of UI experience.

· Deep understanding of UI components and React

· Hands on experience working on SQL.

· Proficient in business analysis, architecture knowledge, and technical solution design

· Collaborate with architects and other team members to define technical solutions and create detailed design documentation.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

· Drive best practices for coding, testing, and deployment processes.

· Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

· Work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Azure and .NET development.

· Experience working in an agile environment

· Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

· Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project

· Experience with mission-critical, 24x7 systems and exposure to high performance & parallel computing technologies

· Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results

· Mentor the junior team members

· Ability and desire to be a self-starter and work independently

· Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve issues

· Az-900 certification would be added advantage

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
