    Position: Client Relationship Executive

    Educational Qualification: Any Degree with relevant experience in Sales, fresher.

    1. As Client relationship executive at VNET, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and establish relationships with potential clients and generate revenue opportunities.

    2. You are the first point of contact with a customer, and therefore you play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

    3. You must be comfortable talking to people, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for achieving targets through the sales.

    2. Effectively manage the sales and Onboarding of customers.

    3. Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.

    4. Research potential accounts, identify key people/ decision-makers, engage them, and attract interest in VNET Offerings.

    5. Understand your customers needs with their problems.

    6. Maintain and expand your database of customers.

    7. Develop strong client relations and maintaining corporate relations.

    8. Close sales deals and achieve your monthly targets.

    9. Work with other teams to improve the product and business processes.

    10. Effectively run a content search to generate leads.

    11. Plan and prepare daily outreach to add avenues and generate demand.

    12. Carefully document what you learn about each suspect so that you can efficiently engage them in future lead nurturing efforts.

    3. Prior experience in Sales in Information Technology or other field preferably in IT services, computer hardware and telecommunication.

    4. Graduates in any stream with no backlogs.

    5. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    8. Work as a consultant/ advisor to the customer.

    9. As a disciplined sales professional, you shall be ready to follow the organization's sales processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in your work.

    10. Candidates with a strong passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
