- Responsible for Purchase order raising in SAP and Ariba. Ensure compliance on POs and issue PO on time. Samples and Production coordination with CMs.
- Ensure communication to all stakeholders and provide kep updates.
- Master data management. Specific Responsibilities:
- Issue POs to CMs : Monthly
- Issue POs for export clearance to DHL. Weekly
- Raise shopping carts of EMOs and other purchases (like BG, BSC) - Weekly
- Coordinate with CMs on production compliance - Daily
- Review daily production and despatch report - CM - Daily
- Issue production plans to CMs (contract manufacturers) : monthly (as backup)
- Participate in CT Meeting (PCP) - Weekly
- Samples coordination for new products with plants.
- Pack coordination for "Amazing" image updation.
- Lane testing for new requirements - As and when.
- Raise SKU code in MDGM.
- Key projects from time to time.
- Transactional work.
- Degree holder.
- 5 years of work experience.
- Good computer proficiency. Good knowledge of google tools, MS excel.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Ariba (optional and preferred)
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and email communication).
- Above average scores on qualitative and quantitative tests.
