Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Data Scientist / AI & ML Engineer with expertise in Azure cloud services, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT), including DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of hands-on experience in data science, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and cloud computing, with a focus on Azure technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised, Clustering, Forecasting & Optimization) to solve complex business problems.
• Utilize Azure cloud services such as Azure Machine Learning & Studio, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure App Service to build scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML and data science projects, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and automation.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of AI/ML models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide solutions for any analytical use case along with architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Manage Linux servers and deployment strategies in VMs
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, AI, ML, and cloud technologies, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in data science, AI, ML, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Java, with a strong emphasis on building production-grade ML models and applications.
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and platforms, including all services related to data.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including version control, automated testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment.
