    Description

    Responsible for developing & maintaining Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) channel in the given territory/ area through managing end to end operational aspects of the stores and driving sales through them.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the assigned regionGather market insights on market size, competition mapping, bill value, etcPlan & manage discounts during End of Season SaleManage franchisees in the respective regionsMonitor maintenance of hygiene factors at outlets in coordination with Visual MerchandisersBuild strong relationships with franchiseesMonitor inventory levels at each store in the given regionImplement promotional activities – advertising campaigns, visual communicationsEffectively handle customer complaints


    Organizational Responsibilities:
    Drive building the brand of Indian Terrain in their respective Area/ Region


    People-related Responsibilities:
    Build a strong, customer focused sales teamOrganize training and development for the front end sales teamEnsure adequate quality sales force at outlets through proper recruitmentEnsure the performance of the sales team is assessed periodically and provide adequate feedback


    Critical Focus Areas:
    Achievement of sales and collection targets for the channelHygiene of StoresFranchisee managementInventory managementCustomer satisfactionPerformance review of all direct reportees.


    Essential Qualification & Skills:
    Experience in managing sales team.
    Minimum - 8 Years of experience in Retail Sales.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Fluent in Tamil and Malayalam (Mandatory).
