Job Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite Implementation & Customization:

Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Customize and optimize NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, and scripts to meet business needs.

Finance Process Optimization:

Analyze and document current finance processes and recommend improvements using NetSuite functionalities.
Ensure alignment with accounting standards (e.g. GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related projects and system issues.

Training & Support:

Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and maintenance.

Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and manage financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for key stakeholders.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting using NetSuite tools.

Integration:

Integrate NetSuite with other systems (e.g. CRM, HRMS, third-party applications) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

3 - 7 years of experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite, including implementation, configuration, and support.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financial Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Projects.
Proficiency in Workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus.

Functional Knowledge:

Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
