    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

    Responsibilities

    • FAT for electrical and PLC systems.
    • Conducting Pre–Factory Acceptance Test.
    • Follow-up of PLC control panel dispatch.
    • Providing technical solution as per Client's inquiry/clarification.
    • Electrical Testing
    • Design, implementation and execution of project from start to end.
    • On site support for installation and commissioning.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent experience
    • 6-8 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
    • Prior experience with Allen-Bradley Rockwell Automation PLC and SCADA System.
    • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

    Desired profile of the candidate

    • Proficiency in programming PLCs using various programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagrams, or structured text.
    • Experience with different Allen Bradley Rockwell Automation PLC.
    • Familiarity with designing and programming Human-Machine Interfaces
    • for visualization and control of industrial processes.
    • Knowledge of SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling industrial
    • processes.
    • Understanding of communication protocols used in industrial automation, such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug PLC programs efficiently.
    • Understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control devices commonly used in industrial environments.
    • Ability to manage and execute automation projects from concept to implementation.
    • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to industrial automation.
    • Practical experience in PLC programming and implementation in real world industrial settings.
    • Involvement in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and commissioning.
    • Familiarity with the specific industry or industries the employer operates in, such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, etc.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers.
    • Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for successful collaboration in a dynamic industrial environment.
