MajorAccountabilities : Identifyalternative / new products in the market undertake cost benefitanalysis and present to the management.Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensuretimely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment tosuppliers. Control Inventory by optimizinglot size and reducing delivery lead time.Transfer excess dead stock to other sites.Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performancefrom market and undertake joint Improvementprojects with them. Effective coordinationwith all sites. Regular site visits.Creating strong networking within and outside theorganization. Continuous monitoring review& taking timely corrective action to achieve thetargets
PotentialChallenges : Expert inconstruction material Handle end to end procurement of the assignedmaterial and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites andtimely payment to suppliers. Enhance valueof the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtainalternate products / vendors or substituting theOEMs. He should have Good negotiation skills/ presentation skill for effective coordination with allsites. Control Inventory by optimizing lotsize and reducing delivery lead time.Research orientated Job Continuousmonitoring review & taking timely corrective action toachieve thetargets
