    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Agronomist at Rise Hydroponics. As an Agronomist, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting research on soil less precision hydroponics, agriculture, irrigation, plant nutrition, and implementing and optimizing hydroponic growing systems. You will be responsible for monitoring crop health, designing and implementing nutrition plans, and ensuring optimal plant growth and productivity. You will also collaborate with the team to develop and improve hydroponic techniques for different crop varieties, contribute to data analysis, and provide technical support to farmers.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and experience in soil less hydroponics plant nutrition, and agriculture
    • Background in research and data analysis
    • Familiarity with hydroponic growing systems and practices
    • Understanding of irrigation techniques and water management
    • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to gather and interpret data
    • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field
