Key Responsibilities

Work with functions to identify problem statement, refine requirements and create

detailed BRDs

Conduct Level 1 debugging of all issues raised before it is assigned to the development

team and interface between the tech & functions

Create test cases for the business users and perform a joint testing with them before any

module is moved to production

Create detailed documentation of all tech/functional processes in a prescribed format

Work along with the PMs to create data to backup any feature developed and success

metrics to track, once it is developed

Participate in all Sprint events to prioritise and plan activities as per the project plan

Qualifications

Preferably Computer Science/Engineering Graduates

2 years of relevant work experience

Prior experience of setting up processes & project planning

Experience in using data tools to derive product insights

Soft Skills

Good Listener

Excellent communicator and relationship builder

Strong decision-making and prioritization ability

Have exquisite attention to detail

Knack for influencing without being authoritative
