    Description

    We are looking for a Senior SQL Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and architect scalable SQL Server database systems.
    • Lead data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
    • Collaborate with development teams for seamless DB integration.
    • Maintain database standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
    • Troubleshoot complex DB issues and optimize performance.
    • Implement robust security and compliance frameworks.
    • Mentor junior DB professionals.

    Mandatory Technical Skills

    • 10+ years of SQL Server experience.
    • Advanced T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
    • Experience with high availability (Clustering, Mirroring, Always-On).
    • Hands-on with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL tools.
    • Azure SQL / AWS RDS experience.
    • Strong knowledge of security, BI, and DW concepts.

    Soft Skills

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
    • Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented and quality-focused.

    Good to Have

    • Oracle/MySQL experience.
    • DevOps & CI/CD exposure.
    • Data governance, data science, or ML familiarity
