The AM reports into a ProjectManager.Some of the activities that the AMwill have responsibility for are:
To check the SLAagreed with client are followed on daily basis.
Ensureproper work allocation in the team with optimum utilization of eachresource.
Keep track on team to check whether payrollsare processed as per various statutory laws.
Continuously look out for opportunity for processimprovements.
Keep process documentation up to date withlatest amendments on Payroll.
Should be able tocommunicate with client on all payroll related matters.
Escalation of issue to reporting manager on immediatebasis. Desired
characteristics(attributes and skills) Graduate orpostgraduate in commerce or MBA in Finance / HR.
5 Yearsexperience in Global payrolls.
Excellent attention todetail focused.
Excellent communicationSkills.
Advance knowledge of MSExcel.
Abilityto work independently with minimum supervision.
Goodteam player.
Should have handled minimum 810 teammembers for atleast 2 years.
Hardworking and ready towork extra hours to meet the projectdeadlines.
