• Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of the accounting department.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving financial performance.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.

• Master's degree in accounting or finance; MBA Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Auditing experience and Compliance oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
• Proven experience in finance management
