    Description

    Seeking (Must Have):- Candidates to have excellent communication skills. Preferably from Diverse background only. Should have B2B Corporate sales experience. Any industry except Education & Manufacturing Domain. Can be looked at Hotel room sales also. With 70%farming & 30% hunting role. CRM will be more into relationship management rather than client acquisition which will also be a part but primary focus will be nurturing a particular account from top to bottom approach.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the client requirement

    Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.

    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

    Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.

    Manage the sales growth and revenue enhancement

    Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
