    Roles and Responsibilities

    We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

    • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
    • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes for SaaS solutions.
    • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
    • Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
    • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
    • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
    • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
    • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.
    • Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
    • Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
    • Address product, marketing and business needs.
    • Conduct industry research and stay up to date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
    • Provide support and internal training.
    • Conduct, observe and analyse usability testing sessions.
    • Develop consistent, intuitive architectures.
    • Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented as intended.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
    • 12 years (Junior) or 2+ years (Senior) experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio, particularly in SaaS.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
    • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction, and visual design.
    • Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
