Job Summary:

Copeland is seeking an exceptional Global Supply Chain Optimization Manager to lead and optimize supply chain processes, leveraging technology and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain operations, focusing on process efficiency, cost reduction, and risk management.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Leverage automation and digitization tools (e.g., Macros, Bot, AI & Power BI) to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and increase productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Maintain technical documentation, identify risks, and adapt to new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ISO standards, suggesting enhancements to optimize data usage and analysis processes.

About You:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain optimization, analytics, and technology implementation. You will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.

What We Offer:
