Outline the Minimum 10 yearsof software development experience in mainframe technologies Demonstrated experience with Agile or otherrapid application development methods Demonstrated experience leading teams of engineers (onshore andoffshore) Demonstrated experience withMainframe JCL COBOL DB2 IMS Stored procs MQ SYNCSORT required;Easytrieve a plus Ability to effectivelycommunicate across third parties technical and business productmanagers on solution design Ability tothink abstractly and deal with ambiguous/underdefinedproblems Ability to enable businesscapabilities through innovation Experiencewith payments technology and industry is aplus Owns all technical aspects of softwaredevelopment for assigned applications; Performs handsonarchitecture design and development of systems Manages and mentors teams of junior andsenior engineers through ongoing sprints Functions as a senior member of an agile team and helps driveconsistent development practices tools and common components Develops deep understanding of tieins withother systems and platforms within the supported domains Works closely with product managers onblueprints Typically spends 3050% of timewriting code and testing and remainder of time managing team (codereviews etc) and stakeholders through ongoing product/platformrelease sprints Identifies opportunities toadopt innovative technologies Looks beyondthe obvious for continuous improvementopportunities Bachelors or Masters degree incomputer science computer engineering or other technical disciplineor equivalent work experience is preferred Experience with web services and Open API development as well asSOA concepts is a plusactivities a personwill perform on aregular
