    Description


    We are looking to onboard a Gynecologist for Whitefield, Bangalore who will be a part of Proactive For Hers Primary & Preventive Health Clinics in Bangalore, India.     Responsibilities:

    Perform a wide range of tests, including pap smears and pelvic and breast exams

    Diagnose and prescribe treatments for OB/GYN related disorders and diseases

    Conduct routine check-ups on patients

    Record medical histories

    Educate patients about disease prevention, detection and sexual, menstrual and reproductive health

    Keep up to date with current practices and innovations

    Be passionate about holistic women's health, and willing to take on and assess not just the disease condition, but the patient as a whole.

    Demonstrate strong empathy while dealing with the concerns of patients. Also, willing to work in collaboration with specialists and other healthcare staff in order for the patient to have the best possible comprehensive care.

    Actively support preventive healthcare activities like prevention and screening packages and/or programs.

    Provide regular inputs, and innovative ideas for constant improvement of the service delivery.

    Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team on process-related activities like SOPs and Protocols.

    Collaborate with Product team:

    A) Provide inputs for existing products and services, including diagnostics, and work closely with the product and operations teams to improve workflows to reflect the best care practices.

    B) Regular meetings with the product team - to create new medical evidence based products, and a road-map for setting up guidelines for screening programs for preventive health care.

    Clinical Qualities:

    a) Body-neutral, Queer-affirmative (LGBTQIA+), Trauma-informed healthcare professional

    b) Excellent communication skills

    c) Team player with a holistic, wholesome approach to healthcare

    d) Understanding the active need for preventive and primary healthcare for women.

    Job Requirements:

    a) Proven work experience as an OB/GYN

    b) Karnataka State Medical Council-registered doctor

    c) Female doctors are desirable.

    Qualifications:

    MBBS from a reputed Indian University

    MD/MS/DGO in Obstetrics/Gynecology

    3+ years of post MD/MS/DGO experience

    Further specialization or fellowships (eg. Reproductive medicine, infertility, oncology) are a plus
