This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Technician at Janasya located in Surat. The Garment Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to garment production, including pattern making, fabric cutting, stitching, quality control, and fitting. The Garment Technician will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the timely completion of garments.

• Proficiency in pattern making, fabric cutting, and garment stitching
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience in garment fitting and alterations
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in garment technology or related field
