    Marketing Operations Specialist

    Band -A1 Role

    Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Analyst to support our marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to provide valuable insights for strategic business initiatives.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including CRM tools, websites, and third-party research platforms.
    • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
    • Process prospect lists from webinars and tradeshows, and send customer-related documents for upload into our customer portal.
    • Leverage sales process definitions to manage and track leads in Salesforce, and ensure proper qualification and assignment of leads to respective salespeople.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze CRM data to gain marketing KPI funnel reporting on MQLs, pipeline, bookings, etc.
    • Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, and assist in analyzing data to provide insights for marketing strategy improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of dashboards for tracking performance.

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with data analysis tools and Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
