    What You'll Do:
    As a member of the BCG X A&A team, you will collaborate closely with consulting groups on a variety of advanced analytics subjects. You will have the chance to utilize analytical methodologies to bring value to BCG's Consulting teams and Practice Areas by offering expertise in analytics and streamlined execution support. Your responsibilities will include working with case teams to gather requirements, design, create, deliver, and maintain analytic solutions that address client needs, providing technical support, and enhancing analytic solutions.

    YOU'RE GOOD AT:
    • Working with case teams
    • Developing deep expertise in at least one analytics area while understanding all analytics capabilities
    • Clarifying expected analytics outcomes and approach selection
    • Providing original analysis and insights, often owning all or part of an analytics module
    • Engaging with case teams on analytics subjects, drawing conclusions on a variety of internal and external issues
    • Communicating analytical insights through advanced synthesis and packaging of results
    • Leading workstreams and modules independently or with minimal supervision
    • Supporting business development activities and generating leads through building sales collateral
    • Guiding juniors on analytical methodologies, contributing to team content development, and providing technical trainings
    • Demonstrating strong proficiency in statistics, data mining, predictive modeling, cloud providers, programming languages, data visualization, and more

    What You'll Bring:
    • Bachelor/Master's degree in a field related to business analytics, statistics, economics, or computer science
    • 2-4 years of industry experience delivering analytics solutions
    • Prior experience in a global organization in a data analytics role
    • Depth in industries such as Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Telco, etc.
