    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat, for a Sales & Marketing Professional. The Sales & Marketing Professionals are primarily responsible for driving business growth, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts with vendors, and clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and vendors, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to develop customized marketing strategies for targeted audiences
    • Ability to maintain long-term relationships with customers.
    • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software is a plus
    • Experienced with creating and delivering presentations
    • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support
    • Generating the leads and converting them.
    • Analyzing customer trends and customer preferences.
    • Develop the Content for marketing campaigns
    • Creating and managing marketing collateral such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
    • Depending on the industry, this role may require some travel for client meetings and industry events.
    • Staying updated on the latest sales and marketing techniques.
