    Creative Director || Bijak


    Bijak is looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director who will be play a pivotal role in defining the creative vision for the brand, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.

    The ideal candidate will be in charge of brainstorming and developing concepts, then bringing these ideas to life.


    Roles & responsibilities:

    • Formulating and implementing overarching creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience
    • Conceive ideas and execute concepts for campaigns focusing on digital video, display, app and social media platforms
    • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
    • Generates visual remedies for communication needs, leveraging a blend of creative talents and business acumen
    • Distill abstract business concepts into refined, elegant creative solutions
    • Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members
    • Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team
    • Ensure that all creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
    • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
    • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

    Candidate Attributes:

    • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
    • Candidates preferably from NIFT & NID
    • A minimum of 8+ years' of digital experience/advertising
    • Should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
    • A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
    • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Have indepth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
    • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
