    ROLE PURPOSE The Cluster Manager will be responsible to implement the CSR Project Indradhanush in the cluster/s assigned to him.

    This would include but not limited to ensuring that the key outcomes of the project are achieved like setting of women led paint stores, ensuring these stores are earning, provide training to the women and others as assigned in the project.

    KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITIES Setting Up of Women Paint Stores (NCOs)

    • Undertake all activities to set up women paint stores as per SOP.
    • Shortlist/Select the geographical areas within the cluster for setting of NCOs.
    • Conduct/Ensure meetings are conducted by self/team with women/women groups/stakeholders to discuss the project and explore possibilities.
    • Ensure stores are set as per SOP and agreed norms.
    • To ensure achievement of community mobiliser targets as project timelines. Dealer Identification
    • Visit to proper outlets to identify prospects for paints dealership.
    • To have list of competitor dealer outlets.
    • Ensure SOP followed for dealership. Painter Meet & EDP
    • To organise Painter Meet & EDP with NCO's on regular intervals.
    • To collate painter/ contractor database of project location and updation of the list as a continuous process.
    • Interaction/ visit to NCO's on regular basis to discuss challenges, motivate them, enhancement of their sales figure.
    • Visit to commercial site on regular basis and connect respective NCOs to boost their monthly sales figure.
    • Ensure all internal forms and docs meant for EDP and Painters Meet are prepared. Women Painters Training
    • Ensure that all trainings are conducted as per agreed SOP.
    • Create, explore, develop placement opportunities for the women trained.
    • Ensure quality of training delivered. Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Monitor and evaluate the plan of team members on a weekly, monthly & yearly.
    • Ensure that the project(s) monitoring and evaluation is achieved as per the assigned target.
    • Monitor the sales figures of NCO and dealers and take appropriate steps for improvement. Reporting
    • Report all activities on daily basis to the project manager/ head.
    • Generate weekly plan and report it to the immediate reporting manager.
    • Provide content for reports and updates as and when required.
    • Fortnightly update Women NCO Sales Data for performance monitoring Collaboration
    • Drive working relationship with local Akzo Nobel Sales Personnel and Dulux Dealers.
    • Interaction with AkzoNobel local sales team on regular to maintain proper eco-system. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/Science/ Arts or related degree .
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience of which at least 3 years' experience of product sales in paint industry.
    • Sound product knowledge (paint industry).
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bengali.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks, and deliver on time.2 -wheeler is mandatory .
