JOBSUMMARY/PURPOSE

Responsiblefor providing safe and effective Physical Therapy services byimplementing appropriate evaluation treatment and educationdesigned to meet the identified needs and functional goals of thepatient. Communicates effectively and professionally with patientsfamilies/caregivers and team members. Promotes teamwork.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must be able to travelto multiple points of care.

Licenses Certifications andRegistration:

• A currentunencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license isrequired.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLSrequired.

Shift:Days Full Time one opening is outpatient one opening isinpatient

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Therapy and Counseling Possess the skills andknowledge of principles methods and procedures for diagnosistreatment and rehabilitation of physical and cognitive conditions.Ability to provide counseling and guidance.
• Business Writing Strong business writing skills includingthe ability to professionally communicate clinical content inwritten documentation that is easily understood by the enduser.
• Communication Effective written and oralcommunication skills to explain complex issues exchange informationbetween team members and tactfully discuss issues. Ability toperform group presentations and listen to and understand complexinformation and ideas.
• Team Building Abilityto work function and communicate on a multidisciplinary team.Possess the knowledge and skills to develop constructive andcooperative working relationships with others and maintain themover time.
• Time Management Ability to organizeplan and prioritize work to complete within required time framesand to follow up on pending issues. Ability to perform multipletasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fastpaced environmentsand under pressure.
