Position: Regional - Manager(HRBP)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Partner & Managing Business Leader and Stakeholders.
100 % Manpower manning/dimensions with planning and executing recruitment strategies and processes for attracting talents and onboarding them
Responsible for managing the employee life cycle, which includes Employee Onboarding, Induction, Employee Benefits, Exits, and F&F
Drive the performance-driven culture, talent retention, Career progression, and PIP compliance
Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counseling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct is maintained and promoting discipline and a harmonious working environment
Plan & execute of R&R programs, rewarding the best employees, trophies & certificates and manage communications
Attendance and Leave Management Data compilation, review, and sharing of final input to Corporate including Reimbursements and Overtime
Create and maintain MIS/Dashboards, review the MIS reports, submit reports to the respective stakeholders, correct & update the database, addition/deletion of records, HR Audit
Required Experience:
Minimum 7 10 years of work experience in Human Resources
Candidates with experience in managing large scales forces in Direct Selling and Telecom would be preferred
High attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the whole picture
Great interpersonal and communication skills
