    **Job Title:** Manager Accounts

    **Location:** Jaipur, India

    **Reports to:** Director

    **Job Summary:**

    The Manager of Accounts is responsible for overseeing financial operations within our hospitality establishment in Jaipur, India. This role includes managing financial records, budgeting, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, and leading a team of accountants. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, experience in the hospitality industry, expertise in Tally accounting software, and a demonstrated track record of team leadership. Additionally, knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance is essential.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    1. **Financial Management:**

    Oversee the financial transactions and records of the establishment using Tally software.

    Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data, including income, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable.

    Monitor cash flow and financial health.

    2. **Budgeting and Forecasting:**

    Develop, maintain, and monitor the establishment's annual budget .

    Provide financial forecasts and analyze variances to help in decision-making.

    3. **Financial Reporting:**

    Prepare and present financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements using Tally.

    Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

    Maintain financial performance metrics and provide analysis.

    4. **GST Compliance:**

    Ensure compliance with all Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations in India.

    Handle GST registrations, returns, and reconciliations, with the support of Tally software.

    Stay updated on changes in GST laws and ensure the organization's compliance.

    5. **Tax Compliance:**

    Ensure compliance with all local and national tax regulations in addition to GST.

    Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, if necessary.

    6. **Team Leadership:**

    Lead and manage a team of accountants or financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and professional development.

    Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, ensuring the team meets its financial goals.

    7. **Financial Analysis:**

    Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement.

    Make recommendations to management based on financial analysis.

    8. **Audit and Compliance:**

    Assist in internal and external audits.

    Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

    **Qualifications:**

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.

    Several years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 -5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.

    Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements, including GST.

    Proficiency in Tally accounting software.

    Demonstrated team leadership and management experience.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a financial department.
