    JobOverview:The Head of Saleswill play a pivotal role in developing and executing the salesstrategy for our coworking spaces in Delhi NCR. This individualwill lead/create a team of sales professionals identify newbusiness opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders toachieve revenue targets and market expansiongoals.Responsibilities:SalesStrategy and Planning:Developand implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue andoccupancy goals.Analyze market trendscompetitor activities and customer needs to identify businessdevelopment opportunities.TeamLeadership:
    • Leadmentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual andcollective targets.
    Provide ongoingtraining guidance and support to enhance the teams performance andprofessionaldevelopment.Client Acquisitionand Retention:Drive theacquisition of new clients by actively promoting the benefits ofour coworking spaces.Build and nurturerelationships with key clients ensuring high levels of satisfactionand retention. Networking andPartnerships:Establish andmaintain strong relationships with corporate clients brokers andother relevant stakeholders.Attend industryevents conferences and networking opportunities to promote thebrand and explore collaborationopportunities. Sales Reportingand Analysis:Implementeffective sales tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitorprogress against targets.Analyze sales datato identify trends opportunities and areas forimprovement.Qualifications:Provenexperience in a senior sales management role preferably in thecoworking or real estate industry.Strongleadership and team management skills with a track record ofbuilding and developing highperforming salesteams.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintainrelationships at all levels.Indepthknowledge of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market andcoworking industry trends.Demonstratedsuccess in meeting and exceeding salestargets.
