We are looking for a Voice Bot Operations Engineer to manage the stability and performance of our production voice AI systems. You will bridge the gap between telephony protocols (SIP) and backend applications (Node/Python) to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted client interactions.
- Manage and monitor Voice Bot, Dialer, and Telephony platforms to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Analyze SIP logs, RTP flows, and WebRTC connectivity to resolve call failures and audio quality issues.
