    Lead - Talent & Overview:


    The Talent and People Lead will be responsible for driving talent acquisition efforts and providing strategic HR support for new initiatives within Masters' Union.

    This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to shape our organization's growth and success.

    Reporting directly to the Founder's Office, this position will play a critical role in attracting top- tier talent and fostering a culture of excellence.


    Key Acquisition :

    • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage top talent.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the end to end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Business Partnering:

    • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and talent retention strategies.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering strategic insights and recommendations to support business Master's degree from a Tier 1 college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles, preferably in a fast paced environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and employment branding.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives that drive results.
    • Experience working in the education sector or a startup environment is a plus )
