Role Overview.

Key Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns, measuring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure branding consistency and to leverage opportunities for client engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and a high return on investment.
• Organize and participate in events, such as conferences and seminars, to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, ensuring they are aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the accounting, finance, or professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
