    Description

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Furniture & Architectural industry
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Good negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Prelam Acrylic Panels, Luxury Laminates etc to Modular Furniture manufacturers, Architects & Interior Designers
    • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
    • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company sales goals
    • Report sales activities and performance to the management
