    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Data Analytics & Visualization In this role, you will be responsible for in- depth Data Analysis, Visualization and Business intelligence services for BFS business. You will function as a SPOC for any Data Analytics and BI related queries and its delivery to ensure smooth functioning in production.You will work with Genpact/Client stakeholders closely to ensure the delivery of all the new requests as well as existing ones and would be responsible for status updates on regular basis.Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined solution management skills.You will be expected to be focused on Banking and Contact Center industry's realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.

    Roles and Responsibilities Requirements
    • Proven expertise in driving solutions thru Data Analytics and BI based interventions
    • Extensive experience in Analyzing data thru various data cuts, finding actionable patterns and insights and presenting them to the business in a suitable format
    • Experience in providing end-to-end actionable recommendation steps to the Business based on Data Analytics findings.
    • Proven proficiency in Python and similar programming language for Data Analysis
    • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Tableau/Power BI/Qlikview reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
    • Experience in Tableau/Power BI Desktop and Tableau/Power BI Server.
    • Technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation of Visualization Dashboards
    • Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
    • Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
    • Exposure to databases like Oracle and SQL Server.
    • Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect.
    • Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
    • Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
    • Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.
    • Resolve support tickets related to Tableau/Power BI reports.

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·Proven proficiency in Python and similar programming language for Data Analysis

    ·Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Tableau/Power BI/Qlikview reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.

    ·Experience in Tableau/Power BI Desktop and Tableau/Power BI Server.

    ·Good in advanced excel.

    Preferred qualifications
    • B. Tech/ M. Tech, MBA, Science Graduate/ Post Graduate would be preferred.
    • Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) experience.
    • Knowledge of Python/R/Any Open source programming language.
    • Strong Communication – Both Written and Vocal
    • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
