    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Strategy Associate with a creative mindset and ability to work with international brands.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for global business expansion and a knack for creating compelling marketing strategies that resonate across diverse markets.

    This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, onboarding new ecosystem partners, and driving our marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Create & execute strategies with the team on Social Media presence and brand communication for D Globalist.
    2. Create and manage content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
    3. Work on ecosystem development and building strategic partnerships with other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
    4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
    5. Work with relevant teams to onboard new CXOs and investors.
    6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
    7. Create strategies for client outreach and engagement.
    8. Support event planning and execution, including webinars and conferences.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with global markets and an understanding of cross-cultural marketing is a plus.
