RoleOverview:As an Online Salesand Merchandiser youll be at the forefront of our digital presenceresponsible for managing online sales and merchandiseindependently. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless shoppingexperience for our customers while coordinating with the websiteteam for updates and changes. Youll also play a crucial part inexpanding our product line by uploading new items and maintaining akeen eye on inventory levels through communication with ourfactory.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Independentlymanage online sales and merchandisingactivities.
• Digital Marketing and businessdevelopment.
• Collaborate with the website teamto ensure the latest updates and changes are reflectedaccurately.
• Upload new products ensuringcaptivating descriptions and appealingvisuals.
• Maintain regular communication withthe factory to track and manage stock levelseffectively.
• Regular reporting to management.
• Note: Thisposition is based inBengaluru.

Requirements&Qualifications:

• Anygraduate.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experiencein online sales and merchandising within the fashion industrypreferably from retail ecommercebusiness.
• Fluency in English both written andverbal.
• Strong organizational skills with theability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency inmanaging ecommerce platforms and a knack for staying updated withindustry trends.
• Excellent communication skillsand interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the websiteteam and factory.
• Passion for jewellery and aneye for detail.
• Independent selfmotivated andresultsoriented
• Ability to make sound decisionswork independently and in a teamenvironment.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and otherMicrosoft Office applications.
• Professionalappearance and demeanour.
• Attention to detailand strong organizationalskills.
• Professionalism integrity and acommitment to great quality work.

OtherImportant Considerations:

• Renumeration< Rs 35k to Rs 45k PA> 4 Lakhs per annum to 5.5 LPA(CTC)
• Yearly Bonus NO but appraisal every year.From 7 to 10 %
• incentive Scheme to be discussedand defined with the employer.
• Yearly Appraisaland increase in salary.
• PF / ESINO
• Age bracket < > 23 to35
• Trendy and presentable smartformals.
• No leave during probation of 3months
• 6 days work from the Store. 1.5 Paidleave a month and up to 18 paid leave peryear.
• Operational days and hours All days ofthe year. Bangalore store 11 AM to 8:00 PM on alldays
• Candidate can bring own laptop to work.The store laptop is used for billing andreports.
